Hi peeps! I’m Hallie Hughes 🧚🏼♀️ I’m from Chattanooga TN and recently made my way to Florida. I received my RYT 200 in October 2022. I’m a curious soul who is always exploring awareness of the body, mind, and spirit connection! 🪷
I fell in love with teaching and body alignment assisting. Teaching yoga makes my heart happy✨ I love guiding my students to challenge and pour their heart into their practice and work up a good sweat! Assisting helps me connect with students in a more personal level. Positive touch has the power to uplift mood and empower students to expand to their fullest expression. The body releases emotions through movement! Come move and let go of something with me! I’m a vinyasa teacher who is all about one breath- one movement, tapping into the flow state of mind! Encouraging myself and my students to always be here now to tune in what their soul is yearning for.
