I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in heated yoga classes offered by BEACH TOWN YOGA LLC, located at 131 22nd st. S, St. Petersburg, FL. I understand that participating in heated yoga classes involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, the risk of dehydration, overheating, muscle strains, and other injuries. I hereby assume all risks associated with participating in heated yoga classes and waive, release, and discharge BEACH TOWN YOGA LLC, its owners, employees, and instructors from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including but not limited to medical expenses and attorneys' fees, arising from my participation in heated yoga classes. I understand that the instructors at BEACH TOWN YOGA LLC are trained professionals, but I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform the instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations that may affect my ability to participate in heated yoga classes. I agree to follow the instructions of the instructor and to listen to my body during the class. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless BEACH TOWN YOGA LLC, its owners, employees, and instructors from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from my participation in heated yoga classes, including but not limited to claims brought by third parties.
