These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of YogaTEQ, the online booking application operated by Beach Town Yoga LLC ("we," "us," or "our") at subdomains of yogateq.app and embedded on Beach Town Yoga websites (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and book classes. Minors may attend classes only as permitted by the studio's policies, and a parent or legal guardian must make any booking on their behalf.
You may sign in with an email address or with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. Provide accurate information, and let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Some Beach Town Yoga locations are independently owned and operated under license from Beach Town Yoga LLC. When you book with a licensed location, that location's owner provides the class or service and is responsible for it, and Beach Town Yoga LLC provides the booking platform.
The App lets you book classes, workshops, events, and memberships. Prices are shown at checkout. Online payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of the location you book with, and your use of Stripe, including its Link service, is subject to Stripe's own terms.
Cancellation, late-cancellation, and no-show policies are set for each offering. For regular class bookings, the policy appears in the product description at checkout and in your booking confirmation email. For memberships, special events, and other larger purchases, you must agree to the purchase terms before you can complete checkout. Those policies and purchase terms are part of these Terms.
Some memberships renew automatically and are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. The billing frequency, renewal terms, and how to cancel are shown in the purchase terms you agree to at checkout.
Yoga and fitness activities, including heated classes, involve physical exertion and a risk of injury. You are responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate for you, and you should consult a physician before starting any exercise program. By attending, you voluntarily assume the risks involved. The studio may also require you to agree to a separate liability waiver.

The App relies on third-party services, including Google, Stripe, Square, and Mailchimp. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
The App, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Beach Town Yoga LLC and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the App to book and manage your classes. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App.
Our YogaTEQ Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information and is part of these Terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Class schedules and availability may change.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beach Town Yoga LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount you paid through the App in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beach Town Yoga LLC and its owners, employees, and instructors from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the App will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
