What is the cost of the training?

A $500 deposit is required to reserve your spot. Balance must be paid in full before the early bird deadline to secure the early bird pricing.

All payments are non-refundable and cancellations are not eligible for a refund. Your registration is transferable to another person within 30 days of purchase.

Your investment covers tuition, accommodations, daily breakfast & lunch, and an unforgettable experience of transformation and adventure.

A non-refundable deposit of $500 secures your spot. The remainder of your balance is due by July 15. Payment plans are available through our credit partner Affirm. You can apply for this option at checkout.

Where in El Salvador is the training located, and what is the accommodation?

The training will be held at Cosana Tunan in El Salvador, where we’ll live, learn, and practice together for the duration of the program. Both single and double occupancy accommodations are available. Breakfast and lunch are included each day, along with dinner on our opening night and breakfast on our final departure day.

Food/meals are included in the program?

Yes. Breakfast and lunch are included daily. Dinner is also included on the first night, as well as breakfast on the final departure day.

What does the typical daily schedule look like during the training?

Our days will generally begin around 7:00 AM with meditation, reflection, and asana practice. After breakfast, mornings will be dedicated primarily to the physical and practical side of teaching, including alignment, anatomy, postures, sequencing, and practice teaching.
After a midday lunch break, we’ll shift into philosophy, methodology, and the deeper layers of yoga. Many days will close with restorative practice, reflection, or integration. Training days will typically wrap between 6:00 and 7:00 PM.
It is an immersive experience, but one intentionally designed to balance learning and practice with rest, nourishment, connection, and time to absorb everything you are experiencing.

Does completion of the program qualify you to receive a 200-hour YTT certification?

Yes! Upon successful completion of the program, you will receive your 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification.
