Liv here💕, your mystical yoga instructor. I always had a passion for helping others and I found it by practicing and teaching yoga. I learned that yoga is meant for all body types and leagues of life and I want to share this with others.
I experienced a car accident which led me to yoga and many other holistic practices. Yoga has helped me in so many ways. I love crystals and other forms of healing. I teach a Slow Flow Yoga class in Tampa Florida on Thursdays. 🧘🏽♀️
I am a certified reiki level 1&2 through Usui Holy Fire III and I love working with energies and finding your zen/ moment of freedom. 🧘🏽♀️✨
When I am not teaching yoga or practicing metaphysical healing. I am a billing specialist for a laboratory. I love helping others but also spreading my light throughout the world.
