Jenny R

Jenny Roberts is a 200hr RYT Yoga Instructor & the creator of Blissasana, a mood-boosting rhythmic yoga movement style. She teaches weekly beach yoga classes in St. Pete, FL, is a vegan health + fitness health coach, & shares yoga classes online and on youtube.

Jenny thrives off creative, flowing, and rhythmic styles of yoga and the emotional + physical healing that comes from being in a moving flow state.

In 2016, Jenny fell in love with yoga in Asheville, NC. As a former college field hockey player, she understood the power of movement as a sport, but through yoga began to see the potential of movement as medicine. In 2017, Jenny received a 200-RYT certification at Asheville Yoga Center, and in 2019 received training in Merge, a fascia-based movement practice. 

Jenny’s goal as an instructor is to create an uplifting mindful-movement experience to boost your mood + reconnect you back to your free, creative & curious inner child.
